The ICT Directorate of GRASAG-UCC, is established to leverage technology in enhancing the association's operations and the academic experience of its members. The Directorate collaborates with the Publicity Committee to manage GRASAG-UCC's online presence, including its website and social media platforms, ensuring effective communication with members. It also provides essential technical support during association events, facilitates the installation and activation of research software, and assists members with their student email and Turnitin accounts. In its commitment to advancing technological literacy, the Directorate introduces innovative tools to enhance learning and communication. Through these initiatives, the ICT Directorate plays essential role in supporting the academic and professional growth of GRASAG-UCC members.
Members will take the following functions:
1. Collaborate with Publicity Committee to oversee the development and maintenance of GRASAG's website and social media platforms for effective communication with members.
2. Provide technical assistance during association meetings, conferences, and other events requiring IT support.
3. Activate and install of research software and other ICT tools for members.
4. Assist members in the activation and use of Student Emails and Turnitin accounts.
5. Introduce new technological tools and platforms to enhance learning and communication among graduate students.
6. Perform any other duties as the Executive Council may assign
