The Executive Council of GRASAG-UCC is responsible for the governance and administration of the association. It comprises of seven elected officers: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Organizer, and Women’s Commissioner. Additionally, it includes a non-elected officer, the Public Relations Officer (PRO).
The council is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of GRASAG-UCC, ensuring smooth operations and effective decision-making. It has the authority to create committees and take emergency actions whenever necessary to uphold the association's objectives.
